From Paper to Screen.

When researching for my dissertation, which focused on the evolution of technology and how that effects the role of the designer, I was looking at many examples of how motion graphics have eased up the demand for print.

I found this motion graphic, From paper to Screen, made by Thibault de Fournas and I was instantly amazed by the skill and beauty of the work. Thibault de Fournas created the work as a graduation project, and it illustrated the transition of typography From Paper to Screen.

The motion graphic has two sections, the first illustrates typesetting and the rules within it whereas the second shows how typography was adapted for film.

The movement between each section, timed perfectly with the music, makes this piece of motion beautiful and fascinating to watch.
